Responsible for supporting the daily operational efficiency of stores to ensure a seamless customer experience, compliance with standards, and overall operational excellence. This role works cross-functionally with store teams, corporate partners, and external vendors to drive consistency and execution across locations.
Key responsibilities include supporting store teams, operational coordination, project support, and managing both routine and urgent facilities requests. This position requires an associate that is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
ResponsibilitiesFacilities Coordination:
Manage day-to-day facilities requests and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues across all store locationsCoordinate with external service providers for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, pest control, waste management, off-site storage and general maintenance needsMaintain a centralized log of open and completed facilities tickets and service histories.Assist in tracking service contracts, warranties, and routine maintenance schedules.
Operational Support:
Report directly to and provide daily support for the Director of Store Operations, ensuring alignment with priorities and strategic goalsServe as a central liaison between store teams, corporate functions, and select vendors Maintain and update store operations guidelines, policies, and new process updatesMonitor and track compliance with standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and loss prevention measuresTrack and manage store suppliesAdministrative and Project Support:
Assist with the planning and execution of store openings, relocations, closures, and remodelsAssist with project coordination for initiatives such as system rollouts, policy changes, and operational pilotsCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and follow-up tasks to ensure project completionSupport training and onboarding efforts related to operational procedures and systems Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, retail operations, or a related role.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with facility or work order platforms (e.g., ServiceChannel, Smartsheet, Corrigo) is a plus.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.Comfortable working cross-functionally and responding quickly to store needs or urgent issues.Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of timeOccasional lifting, carrying, or moving of items up to 25 lbsAbility to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and office equipment.Ability to read and interpret documents, reports and procedure manuals Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
