**Overview**
This role at Zenith International is all about supporting the financial side of Programmatic campaigns—things like approvals, bookings, reconciliations, and invoicing. You’ll also help out the Search and Social teams with guidance and support.
It’s a great entry-level opportunity for someone who’s into numbers, detail-focused, and excited to learn. We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, dynamic media agency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build strong relationships across teams
+ Keep client-approved media plans organised in a central folder
+ Input Programmatic budgets into the invoicing system and match to POs
+ Set up monthly Programmatic campaigns in Prisma and manage updates
+ Handle admin to ensure campaigns go live and run smoothly
+ Reconcile monthly spends with the Investment team and media vendors
+ Resolve or escalate vendor invoice issues; support Search and Social queries
+ Develop a basic understanding of media to help spot plan errors
+ Actively join team meetings and share knowledge
+ Build solid understanding of tools and systems
