The Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations at our Welisara facility in Sri Lanka. Will play a key role in ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory management, smooth coordination across departments, and exceptional service delivery to customers.Assist in overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.Coordinate with warehouse, transport, customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing and dispatch.Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and ensure accurate system updates.Support in preparing operational reports and performance metrics.Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.Handle documentation related to inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Liaise with customers and service providers to ensure service excellence and timely issue resolution.Support team leads and supervisors in guiding warehouse staff and maintaining productivity targets.
