Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinate with clients, agents and overseas offices on shipments Provide support on the full spectrum of shipping process Monitor, guide and follow up with clients on their shipments Manage and resolve client complaints  Ensure correct data entry and prompt closure of job files Requirements:
