Job DescriptionThe Operations Executive plays a vital role in supporting the operational execution of exhibitions and events organized by Informa Markets Philippines. This position is responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating venue and logistical requirements, and ensuring smooth on-site delivery. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to ensure operational excellence from planning to post-event reporting.
Supplier & Venue Coordination
Recommend, evaluate, and appoint suitable suppliers in accordance with project needs and company standards.Serve as the primary liaison for venue providers and ensure all operational requirements are fulfilled.Conduct supplier briefings and site inspections to ensure compliance with expectations.Project & Exhibitor Support
Collaborate with project teams to identify, plan, and fulfill operational requirements for each event.Support exhibitors by addressing operational inquiries and facilitating logistical arrangements.Develop detailed operations manuals and timelines in coordination with project stakeholders.On-Site Operations
Support the on-site operations setup and dismantling in alignment with project schedules.Supervise supplier and venue performance during the event.Coordinate manpower allocation and ensure adequate staffing levels for all operational tasks.Conduct on-site meetings with suppliers and venues to address real-time issues.Reporting & Documentation
Compile comprehensive post-show operational reports, including key learnings and improvement points.Manage and reconcile all operational invoices and related documentation for finance processing.General Support
