The job:
Reporting to the Operation Lead of Independent Dependent Partners. This role is crucial in the agency administration related processes. You will manage partner payments, monitor renewal activities, coordinating with various parties internally and externally to ensure smooth IDP operations.
What you will do:
Consistently tracking of renewal opportunities and ensuring a strong Renewal Pipeline. Assist BDMs on renewal handling. Liaise with BDMs to facilitate the endorsement process for changes to insurance coverage, including but not limited to adding or removing coverage options, adjusting limits, and updating policy details. Supporting Sales team with Ops related duties, such as passing of endorsements, checking policy status (e.g. renewed or not, etc.). Handle Agency enquiries on agent related online sales platform(s). Reconcile & submit Monthly Sales Commission Report for Account Holders. Work closely with the BDMs and Finance Team to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of partner payouts, which includes verifying payment calculations, monitoring payment schedules, and addressing any discrepancies. Maintain thorough documentation and records of all financial transactions to ensure compliance and facilitate audits. Manage the post sales campaign process by working with Line of Business (LOB) Managers to finalize and process incentive payouts to partners (Campaign Tracking/Calculation). Consolidate feedback from the internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure successful event execution. Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, and accommodation arrangements. Ensuring all events are executed within budget while maximizing value. Track and report on expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee records. Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders. Provide administrative support for training (CPD Accreditation, Training Materials, and EDM) Collect feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and team members to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement. Prepare post-event reports and analyze key performance metrics. To assist IDP Ad Hoc/Monthly Reporting Responsible for all agency documentations filing and housekeeping Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the reporting manager to support departmental and organizational goals.What you will need:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field Minimum 3 year of related experience, preferably with knowledge as BD and agency operation in insurance Experience in business development/direct sales and knowledge in non-Life insurance would be an added knowledge Ability to work independently in an environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities Expert client management skills; relationship building expertise and problem solving ability Superior multitasking, project management, presentation skills and business acumen Highly collaborative, reliable team player, resilient, integrity Able to travel within Agency areas in responsible as needed Proactive deal approach, Self-starter Assertive & sales driven Able to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills Strategic Thinker & Able to manage execution
