Contract Duration: 3 Months
Role Overview:
Support the Operations team in planning and executing physical, digital, and hybrid events throughout the year, including providing onsite assistance during events.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination
Maintain communication with suppliers, venues, and show teamsCreate exhibitor manuals and coordinate with Customer Service on newslettersManage logistics for equipment, pre-show preparations, and onsite welfareDevelop staff briefings, exhibitor lists, floor plans, and safety documentationAdministrative & Digital Support
Support Digital Operations with webinars and virtual eventsProcess purchase orders, track budgets, and update invoice recordsAssist with post-event analysis and reportingAddress operational queries from exhibitors and internal teamsCoordinate team travel, meetings, and training sessionsQualificationsEssential Skills
Proactive mindset with strong organizational abilitiesExcellent time management and prioritization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain calm under pressureMeticulous attention to detailWillingness to travel to eventsExperience
