About the role:
Reporting to the Director of Operations Excellence, we are seeking a passionate, self-starter to be our newOperations Excellence Managerto manage the operational execution and process improvement of our OSL Direct division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence by optimizing efficiency, refining processes, and elevating overall business performance within the sales division.
What you’re responsible for:
The Operations Excellence Manager plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency, standardization, and strategic execution across OSL Direct division to enhance business performance and operational success.
Primary responsibilities include:
+ Manage team of Field Support Coordinators ensuring high performance standards
+ Find and address Interdepartmental gaps, maximize output and ensure business continuity
+ Scale, Standardize, Document SOPs, with continuous process improvements and optimization
+ Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives
+ Implement performance management processes and operational enhancements
+ Lead project management efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams
+ Event coordination and execution for key sales events and initiatives
+ Oversee sales quality, ensuring compliance with client-defined ethics and coaching standards
+ Partner with client and internal teams to establish and manage sales operations priorities
+ Ensure smooth adoption of corporate initiatives, system updates, and policy changes

+ Deep knowledge of the OSL Direct business framework and operations
+ Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking
+ Solid foundation in sales strategies and customer service best practices
+ Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams that consistently exceed targets
+ Experience in providing operational support to sales teams
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
+ Exceptional organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring seamless execution
+ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
+ Advanced practical expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
