Location of position: Mexico City, MX or Torreon, MX
As our Operations Engineer, Mobile Device Management, you will be responsible for KONEs Mobile Device Management platforms that help secure and support the mobile devices and mobile applications used by KONE employees both in the office and frontlines. Responsibilities are focused on governance, stakeholder communication and leading the development of our Mobile Device Management platforms.
You will bring 4+ years of progressive and successful experience in MDM administration and support to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.4 to 6 years of experience in MDM administration and support.Hands on experience of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.Experience with Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS management.Knowledge of Samsung Knox, Zero-touch enrollment.Good understanding of conditional access, MFA, and mobile security principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communicator, with ability to work with cross functional teamsExperience in global deploymentsExperience in international environment and creating own solutions.Familiarity with Microsoft and Samsung Knox licensing terms and inclusions.MUST be bilingual with English and SpanishPreferred (but not required) Skills:
