Purpose of Role:
Reporting to the Motion Metrics Global Head, the Director of Operations oversees all manufacturing: global field service and support; safety, health, and environment (SHE); sourcing; planning; procurement; warehousing; continuous improvement and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar applicable field from a four-year college or university.Ten years of progressive experience in business industry, operations, manufacturing, or technical sales leadership is required. Substantial P&L responsibility.Balance between process and flexibility – WMM is in the process of scaling. While we’ve built standard processes in some areas, in others, flexibility and agility are still the key to success. A successful Operations Director will be able to strike a balance between disciplined process execution and pragmatic flexibility as circumstances require.Must have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing manufacturing operations strategy—ability to effectively read and understand detailed financial statements. Must have a demonstrated ability to share and engage others in the vision of the business. Strong analytical skills and the ability to create short, mid, and long-term strategies. Must be results-oriented and demonstrate the ability to meet critical metrics.

Compensation: Ranges from CAD $150,000 to $190,000 (depending on fit)
