**Overview**
**Pay: $150,000 - $175,000**
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
**Job Description:**
Provide leadership and guidance to multiple biopharmaceutical locations within the Client’s Americas portfolio, providing optimal customer relations. Provide guidance on management of P&L, cGMP operations, and Integrated Facilities Solutions. Lead the dedicated account team focused on operational excellence, safety, innovation, and best practices. Lead and coordinate initiatives focused on cost savings, innovation, and process excellence.
**Essential Job Functions/Qualifications:**
1. Read and completely comprehend all requirements of the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
2. Develop and provide guidance and growth for management teams at all Client locations in the Americas Portfolio.
3. Recruit and hire qualified and diverse applicants to help supervise/manage locations.
4. Ensure compliance with all cGMP operations of the account.
5. Manage and coordinate all activities related to ABM’s multiple services: engineering, cGMP cleaning, janitorial, security, dining services, landscaping, pest control, etc.
6. Manage, own, and optimize financial performance of the account.
7. Oversee and provide guidance for all project management activities on the account.
8. Develop and maintain client relations through collaboration, strong governance, and improvement plans driven by annual surveys and feedback.
9. Implement strategies to ensure ABM delivers against client’s KPIs and other desired outcomes.
10. Participate in Client Business Reviews (CBRs) for the portfolio.
11. Conduct leadership inspections and suggest functional improvements through innovation and best practices.
12. Create clear documents and policies explaining compliance processes.
13. Oversee compliance and vendor management functions through effective leadership of the Account Team.
**Qualifications – Education & Experience**
1. Proven ability to manage, train and develop team members.
2. Ability to travel as necessary to maintain Client relationships and oversee operations.
3. Proven experience building and maintaining professional working relationships.
4. Proven background managing multi-task operations.
5. Ability to implement current and changing policies and procedures.
6. High degree of effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
7. Read, write, and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions.
8. Able to act independently and make accurate decisions with focus on attention to detail, safety, and company policy and procedures.
9. Ability to prepare for and execute presentations in a group and/or client setting.
10. Ability to demonstrate exceptional service and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to analyze and understand P&Ls and other financial reports.
12. Understand and respond appropriately to client and customer inquiries and/or issues.
13. Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
14. Ability utilize ABM office systems as necessary for job success.
15. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent technical curriculum.
16. Minimum of 10 years proven management experience.

**Work Environment**
Working remotely with routine visits to client sites
Clean room environment/shop environment
**Organizational Relationships**
Reports to the Vice President of Operations, Life Sciences and will interact with various vendors and account teammates across the US portfolio on a daily basis.
