Si tiene las cualidades y el ímpetu para liderear equipos, hay posiciones listas para cultivar sus habilidades y llevarlo al siguiente nivel. **Descripción de puesto:** **Job Purpose:** To track every consignment to destination under the most expedite and efficient routing to ensure compliance with client requirements and Marken Quality Standards. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** + Ensure all shipments are tracked and milestones are updated in Maestro. + Ensure conditioning process of the shipment as required and update the proper milestone in Maestro. This conditioning process may include: Dry Ice Replenishment, Re-packaging and / or Labeling + Define the best possible route to dispatch the shipment to its final destination taking in consideration: + Direct Flight using OAG to find out flight availability. + Cheapest Option + Most Experienced Airline + Arrival times to comply with scheduled delivery requirements. + Obtain a pre-booked MAWB and consign to the receiving agent or MARKEN office. + Inform Dispatch that a shipment is ready to be tendered to the Airline as per the respective COT. + Enter the applicable routing legs into Maestro + Send the Domestic Alert through Maestro and confirm reception + Use the appropriate reporting tools to monitor compliance of milestones in Maestro. + Liaise with all relevant departments within the Global and Domestic Marken network to ensure that all customer requirements are met. + Collaborate with all Marken offices and Local Service Providers to ensure the logistics transfer is handled efficiently thus meeting the desired turnaround times. + Analysis of repetitive operational problems and development of possible service solutions. **Requirements:** + Intermediate experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook) + Thorough understanding of Aviation/Airline networks + Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others + Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills essential + Flexibility in working hours required which may include weekend coverage **Marken** , UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics (formerly Marken, MNX & Polar Speed), the clinical and advanced therapy subsidiary of UPS Healthcare, unites expertise across healthcare and complex secure logistics to drive the success of our clients through innovation. **Tipo de empleado:** Permanente UPS se compromete a proporcionar un lugar de trabajo libre de discriminación, acoso y represalias.
