Operations Coordinator

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to work with us in Tunisia.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful and cost-effective execution of the local projects under the supervision of the Operations & Community Lead. Further, enhancing the local database of Evaluators and retaining the active ones.

Plan, recruit, train and certify a sufficient and adequate number of active Evaluators to meet the current and forecasted missions in the operating areas. Be responsible for the timely assignment and execution of fieldwork as per the Company’s standards, specific mission/client requirements and project schedule of the Business Unit Operations team. Ensure the quality of the field surveys, their timely collection and electronic submission. Communicate proactively with the Customer Success Managers if there is any need of clarification or if there is any issue to report. Coordinate and report project status to the Operations & Community Lead. Make sure that the operation margin target is reached by setting the appropriate pay rate and by taking into account the potential extra costs that may occur (transportation fees, remote locations, etc.). Planning and implementing Community growth and engagement initiatives (including social media campaigns, events...), finding ways to attract new Evaluators, onboard them, and keep them motivated and interested. Retain and create long term relations with Evaluators. Ensure the Evaluators have the best User Experience by answering quickly and effectively to their requests. Ensure the Evaluators receive their payment on time by making sure the finance team has all their payment details.
