In this role you will get to work as part of our SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP), supporting our Operations and Commercial work within the Operations Management team. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Coordinate the Program Staffing function + Follow up with Program Sector Directors on their staffing requirements + Arrange interviews (internal and with the Client various stakeholders) + Liaise and oversee the recruitment activities performed by the Talent Acquisition team **Preferred Educational Background:** + Degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) **S** **kills and Competencies:** + Demonstrated teamwork mindset and sense of the priority. + Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required. + Ability to follow through and to clearly deliver against work instructions in a complex multi-party environment. + Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize. + Proven hands-on experience + Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors. + Strong organization and follow through abilities. + Good business judgment.
