Operations Coordinator
Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the seamless execution of office functions and operational processes in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. • Process invoices and payments with accuracy while adhering to company policies. • Monitor logistics and shipping functions to ensure timely and efficient delivery. • Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment, addressing inquiries with professionalism. • Support transportation services by validating plans and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. • Collaborate with team members to execute quality assurance measures and enhance operational efficiency. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support business growth. • Develop innovative solutions to streamline procedures and improve workflows. • Uphold company policies and maintain high standards of interpersonal communication. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service and office operations. • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Familiarity with logistics, shipping functions, and transportation services. • Ability to manage invoices, payments, and scheduling with attention to detail. • Knowledge of standard operating procedures and quality assurance practices. • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple responsibilities. • Creative problem-solving abilities and a commitment to innovation in operational processes.
