Key ResponsibilitiesHandling inbound calls and efficiently scheduling repair and installation jobsPreparing accurate job sheets and timesheets for engineersUpdating clients on job progress and ensuring excellent communication throughoutMaintaining up-to-date client contract information in the CRM systemRaising purchase orders for subcontractors and managing related adminWorking closely with the scheduling team to ensure operations run like clockworkTracking job progress and meeting deadlines with confidence
What We're Looking For:Strong administrative experience and attention to detailExcellent customer service skills - you'll be the key point of contact for clientsA friendly and professional communicator who can build strong client relationshipsScheduling experience is a plus but not essential - full training is provided
The Package:£26,000pa, increasing to £27,300 after 6 monthsMonday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm20 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 with service - plus your birthday off!Annual performance bonusAccess to a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme
