Job Summary:

Perform various duties within ZOLL Canada Sales Operations group.

Essential Job Functions:

Respond to inquiry emails with both internal and external stakeholdersSubmit and track order discrepancies on shipments from suppliersGreet visitors to the Mississauga officeAssist order management team during peak times to ensure customer commitment levels are metEnter purchase requisitions in ERP systemProcess warehouse paperwork; scanning documents/filing paperworkEnter receiving transactions in ERP systemEnter inventory count transactionsInvestigate internal order and shipping requestsOther tasks as assigned depending on work load

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

· College or University degree.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsStrong customer service skillsTeam player with positive attitude

Fluency in French considered a strong asset
