Operations Controlling Manager

The operations controlling manager is responsible for controlling factory and logistics costs along with productivity, CAPEX of the company, and financial analysis of ongoing production operating results. This position has an active role in preparing the Yearly Budget and Periodic RF and is responsible for COGS control.

Factory act costs control + bridge.Factory purchase request controls.Updating factory RF with act.Production loss control.Consumption variance.Dead stock report.Productivity report.Milk inflation calculator.Factory manual provision adj.Payback calculation.Logistic act costs control + bridge.Logistic purchase request controls.Logistic factory RF with act.Logistic manual provision adj.CAR and CAPEX act as a cash-out plan and control.Depreciation act + est.Co-packer cost reconciliation.COGS calculation Own.R&I cost control Act + RF.Write off control * report.Strategic plan preparation.Respond to inquiries from the director of finance and, controller regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and the like.Respond to inquiries from the director of operations and the controller regarding financial results, special reporting requests, and the like.Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the workflow of the department.Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.Supervise and control the observance of safety, health, and environmental issues in the workplace and personnel under supervision.
