JLL are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an Operations Co-ordinator to join our team at Cabot Circus Shopping Destination in Bristol. This role is designed to support our mission of making Cabot Circus an incredible place for people to visit, shop, and connect.
This position offers a chance to be at the heart of Cabot Circus's operations, helping to embed the shopping destination in the Bristol community as the place to be. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the overall success and appeal of this dynamic retail environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Assist in delivering operational initiatives and managing properties in line with JLL's policies and procedures
• Support the smooth transition of properties into management and handle facilities-related due diligence inquiries
• Conduct periodic property inspections and liaise with occupier representatives to resolve local issues
• Help set and control service charge budgets, perform financial variance reporting, and reconcile accounts
• Assist in procuring supplies and services using JLL's PAM procurement program and monitor contractor performance
• Support the Destination's ESG activities and help implement minor works projects
• Contribute to disaster planning procedures and organize fire evacuation and bomb drills
Required Qualifications:
• Commercial acumen and strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Results-driven attitude with a focus on operational business improvements
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and cost risks in facilities management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with property management software
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of the Duty Management team
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the property industry or a similar business line with client-facing responsibilities
• Ideally working toward an IWFM / BIFM qualification or similar in facilities operational management
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification preferable
• Experience with building management systems and service charge budgeting
• Familiarity with procurement processes and contractor management
• Knowledge of ESG principles and their application in property management
