Operations Clerk
**JOB SUMMARY** The Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Transportation Manager and department. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects. + Checks driver’s daily documentation. + Verifies all CODs have been collected from customers. + Monitors Department of Transportation (DOT) hours and reviews on XRS. + Completes the Department of Transportation (DOT) hour spreadsheet. + Reviews and monitors DriveCam events. + Completes payroll weekly. + Assists with safety training, documentation and filing. + Performs other duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education** High School Diploma or equivalent required **Experience** One year of administrative experience. **Skills** Type and proficiency **Minimum Required:** + Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications + Effective written & oral communication skills + Strong 10-key skills + Ability to multi-task + Must be able to work with all levels within the organization **Decision Making Authority** Most important decisions made fully independently: Multi-tasking / prioritizing administrative tasks to complete timely  AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
