Our Operations Clerks are a key support to the StarTrack Wingfield operations team. You’ll be supporting internal and external stakeholders for multiple areas of the business including operations, management and customers. Whether you’re assisting the team tracking freight, obtaining delivery information from drivers or coordinating the movement of freight, every day you’ll use your superior organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.


This role is offered on a permanent part-time 15hrs a week basis working Mon/Wed/Fri from 9.30am to 2.30pm. The hourly rate is $32.05 per hour plus 12% super and overtime rates if overtime is required on occasion.

 

About You

Great communication skillsEnjoy working safely and respectfully with drivers, supervisors and customersConfident using computers and have intermediate level experience using – the MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook. In house programs will have training providedSound analytical and problem-solving skillsAs this role requires some lifting – fitness levels to lift up to 30kg are a must, we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to ensure you’re safe on the job
