This role collects and analyzes data from multiple servers, compares the performance of our locations to others inside and outside the company, and helps identify areas of improvement. Additionally, this role prepares and presents findings to support plans to improve operations’ efficiency. Once those plans are in motion, this role tracks their progress and reports on the results. Additionally, this position plays a key role in financial processes by reconciling accounts, completing financial analysis, creating reports, and helping others understand trends and future projections.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets (e.g., from SQL databases) to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial variance reports across sales and operations; support and maintain financial forecast models to guide planning.Reporting & Presentation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through well-structured reports and presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.Operational Efficiency: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and drive data-informed process enhancements.Market & Competitive Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to support strategic initiatives and product development.Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with teams across finance, marketing, product, and operations to align insights with broader business goals.Data Integrity & Documentation: Ensure accuracy and consistency in data through proper documentation of analytical methods, results, and processes in line with compliance standards.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Data Science or a related field.Experience
2–3 years of relevant experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, and spreadsheet tools, along with experience using data visualization platforms such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and PowerPoint.Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to solve problems, interpret data, and convert findings into meaningful actions.Intellectual Curiosity: A questioning mindset with a passion for digging into data, challenging assumptions, and exploring new ways to approach problems.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence in presenting complex information in a clear, accessible manner.Agility & Growth Focus: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with evolving tools, technologies, and business needs.Team Collaboration: A cooperative, team-oriented attitude with a readiness to contribute to diverse projects and support various stakeholders.WORK CONDITIONS
