Operations Brakes Product Line leader

We are revolutionizing the way the world moves for future generations, and we want someone who is ready to move with us. **How will you make a difference?** As an Operations Brakes Product Line leader you will be responsible for defining the Product Line Industrial Strategy and Standards, optimizing the Product Total Cost of Ownership (RC & Operations NRC) and developing Operations Customer Intimacy. **What do we want to know from you?** + You have a Mechanical engineering or economical degree + You have more than 10 years of experience in operations in an Industrial environment **What will your typical day look like?** + Drive Standard Product TCO (RC and Operations NRC) reduction plan in collaboration with the Product manager(s) through manufacturing process improvements/automation, make or buy, design to cost, challenging engineering and sourcing + Define and deploy Product Line Industrial Standards : Manufacturing set up and equipment's with related costs, Industrialization WBS as per APQP deliverables, Process Validation, PFMEA, Design for Manufacturing (including Test & Packaging), Standard Work Instructions and Control Plan + Develop Operations Customer Intimacy : understand customers Operations needs (Manufacturing, Methods, Supply Chain, Sustainability) and propose solutions to address them to the Product Line Director and then to customers once approved by the PL Director + Manage clause by clause of Operations to customer Specifications (special process, logistic protocol,..) + Challenge and validate Product TMC + Operations NRC with Product Line Sourcing and Operating Unit Operations Project Manager + Assist tender manager to ensure Bid is correctly set up into CRM and SIOP tool as for Industrial parameters (Product families, Industrialization Operating Unit, Manufacturing Operating Unit, Bill of Labor, Transfer of Production and Transfer of Technology, Delivery plan) + Perform regular Operations reviews on critical projects : Quality, Cost, Leadtime risks and opportunities + Product Line organization: Sales, Product Line Dir, Product manager, Project Manager and project team : Engineering, Sourcing, Quality _Legal authorization to work in EU is required.
