Role Purpose
The Operational and BPO Manager leads the strategic and day-to-day management of outsourced and internal operations within the Call Services Center (CSC). This role ensures seamless service delivery, drives customer satisfaction, and maximizes ROI through data-driven planning, program execution, and technical enablement.
