Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate Manager as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation

In this role, you will:

Supervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performanceEnsure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation areaWork independently on moderately complex issues and projectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior managementProvide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced teamMake daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations managementLeverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage allocation of people and financial resources for OperationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of leadership experience


Desired Qualifications:

1+ years of experience of leading in a production environment Experience with Wells Fargo Cash Management Service and/or Cash Vault Services processes and proceduresDemonstrated change leadership skills with ability to lead through change impactsDemonstrated experience making recommendations and decisions on personnel related matters involving performance reviews, salary reviews and hiring/terminatingAdvanced process efficiency experience, including process assessment, and recommendations for improvementAbility to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphereAbility to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projectsDemonstrated experience coaching, developing, inspiring, motivating, and recruiting employees through balanced leadership with a focus on employee engagement, performance management, retention, and succession planningDemonstrated proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including demonstrated experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization skillsAdvanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to make effective business decisionsAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear mannerDemonstrated experience working effectively in a structured but flexible, adaptable and changing, operations environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important


Job Expectations:

Schedules: Mon-Thur 4pm-12:30am and Friday 4:30pm- 1am or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)Standing up to 6 to 8 hours or moreAbility to lift 50+ pounds/ cash Vault, pulling and lifting Ability to work additional hours as neededThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$57,700.00 - $102,700.00
