Operations Associate Manager – Cash Management Services (COO)

About this role:

In this role, you will:

Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managersEnsure timely completion, quality and compliance within the operation areaIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior managementLead team to achieve objectivesLeverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsMake daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations managementManage allocation of people and financial resources for OperationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentProvide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced teamSupervise a team of Operation Specialists responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performanceWork independently on moderately complex issues and projects

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of leadership experience

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$57,700.00 - $102,700.00
