Operations Associate- Management Trainee Posted Date 2 weeks ago(5/30/2025 12:46 PM) ID 2025-6949 Job Locations US-GA-Doraville Company Purafil Inc Position Type Regular # of Openings 1 Shift Weekend Overview Position Summary  The Operations Associate job provides technical, administrative, and operational support to ensure the company's smooth day-to-day functioning. The role will assist operations managers, perform clerical tasks while learning each production process in the building.  Responsibilities will also include data analysis, workflow improvements, and other tasks as needed. The role requires good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. As part of a management trainee track, this role will have regular checkpoints for internal development with the objective of leadership within the organization. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, and may also create reports and dashboardsPartner with the operations management team for day-to-day assignmentsIdentify inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting improvements can be a key part of the roleAssist the operations and support teams with scalable processes to drive efficiency in the businessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer questions and support active operational projectsCollect and refine best practice recommendations, and continuously look for ways to improve processes, internal tools, and external product featuresInvestigate errors to determine the cause of production issues and recommend corrective actionsAssist with updating tools, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth operations and achieve goals.Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation as directed

Skills Required

The ability to manage time effectively and keep track of multiple tasks is essential.Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed for interacting with colleagues and other stakeholders.Experience working with data to identify trends and make informed decisionsProblem-solving SkillsAttention to DetailComfort with changing demands and priorities of a production environmentCompetency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software is often expected. Qualifications Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business, or related concentrationLEAN training or experience preferred.Experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment preferred
