What is the opportunity?
As an Operations Associate III within the Alternative Investments department, you will be a key member of the dynamic team reconciling and balancing positions of Alternative Investments for our field groups. You will be processing manual, exception-based and highly specialized reconciliation, providing valuations on positions and updating client accounts. This role requires a strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
This position also includes a high level of communication standard, interfacing with third party product companies to facilitate transactions for our clients and research reconciliation breaks or errors. What will you do?
Receive and process front-end transaction requests from our firms and Financial Advisors on Client Directed Alternative Investment ProductsAct as a primary point of contact for the field for questions, status update requests, and escalationsReview and identification of incoming communications from third parties with ability to discern appropriate actions and follow-up communicationReduce risk or increase efficiencies by suggesting process changes and system modifications to streamline or simplify processesWork with team and manager on initiatives and opportunities to provide excellent customer serviceWhat do you need to succeed?

Effective problem identification, analytical, and resolution skills along with computer skills in Microsoft-based software productsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and superb attention to detailAbility to think and reason critically, high attention to detail, autonomous in handling the given assignment and has high level of accountabilityNice-to-have

This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
