In this position, you will be responsible for focusing on the day-to-day resolution of complex issues and handle operational complaints sent to the Client Relations team. The Complaints Management department works with branches and operational departments to research and respond to client complaints.
Responsibilities:
Review case assignments and build case filesReview / Research all documents associated with each caseDraft Acknowledgement and Conclusion lettersSubmit preliminary and final reviews for each individual case via SharePointCollaborate with internal and external partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issuesEngage with escalation points of contact when required for case resolutionEffectively meet multiple deadlines throughout the day and prioritize risk related itemsAnalytical ability to learn, suggest process enhancements and effective controlsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and task-orientedEffectively manage and escalate business risk.Qualifications:
Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and WordExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage various tasks, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work in an ethical, professional manner with a client-centric focus.Salary range $30 - $37 hourly. Bonus Eligible.
