About the role

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a curious mindset? Smollan is seeking a motivated Operations Associates  to join our dynamic South Africa Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting successful day-to-day campaign management and media execution. You will collaborate with suppliers and manage various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute all end-to-end BAU processes for client campaign bookings, ensuring adherence to internal and external media processes. Implement appropriate tracking mechanisms for all relevant parties to accurately land campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with client internal teams and suppliers. Manage third-party relationships from creation to execution for both printed and digital media. Ensure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with brand and client toolkits. Monitor campaign delivery and ensure compliance across the estate. Coordinate actualisation of bookings with Sales Managers to ensure accurate billing. Suggest and collaborate with the Operations Manager on best ways of working to streamline processes across the account.
