Job Title: Operations Associate
Location: San Francisco
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week — Tuesday, Thursday + one flexible day)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 Base + Discretionary Bonus

Responsibilities:
General Operations
+ Reconcile portfolio accounting and trading systems to ensure accuracy
+ Manage transactional data within the portfolio accounting system
+ Facilitate new client account setup and coordinate cross-department communication
+ Execute operational workflows using CRM, portfolio accounting, and trading platforms
+ Generate and customize client reports with attention to detail
+ Perform quality control on newly established accounts and maintain data integrity through regular audits
Quarter-End Processes
+ Collaborate with client service and advisory teams on quarterly reporting deliverables
+ Classify performance transactions within portfolio systems
+ Execute quarter-end procedures including performance reporting and billing
Alternative Investments
+ Maintain alternative investment transaction records, valuations, and capital statement reconciliations
+ Calculate management fees for illiquid alternatives
Project Management
+ Support and maintain client-facing portals, including account creation, user management, and troubleshooting
+ Lead periodic data cleanup and upload projects
+ Coordinate documentation uploads and client portal enhancements
Requirements
+ 1–2 years of experience in wealth management operations at an RIA, brokerage, or family office
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
+ Basic understanding of portfolio accounting and performance reporting
+ Genuine interest in long-term operational work; not seeking a transition into client advisory or portfolio management roles
+ Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
+ Familiarity with platforms such as RedBlack, Addepar, Orion, Salesforce, or other CRM systems is a plus but not required
