**About the Role:** **Grade Level (for internal use):** 09 **About the Role:** **The Team:** The Operations Associate within the Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) will play a pivotal role in advancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic execution, with a specific focus on EDO Technology initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills. This role will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities and foster seamless coordination across teams, particularly within the EDO Technology landscape. **Responsibilities and Impact:** + Provide operational support to the Head of Technology, ensuring alignment with EDO Technology priorities and initiatives. + Assist in executing key projects and initiatives within the technology space, helping drive progress and resolve challenges. + Partner with Technology leaders and enterprise stakeholders to develop clear, compelling presentations and communications. + Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution of technology-related efforts. + Lead internal engagement efforts to improve communication flow across the Business Operations Team and EDO Technology. Contribute to internal communications, including newsletters, updates, and meeting materials tailored to technology stakeholders. + Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and outcomes are tracked. + Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, acting as a liaison to promote transparency and collaboration. + Support alignment between internal communications and People teams to ensure consistent messaging. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and documentation practices within EDO Technology operations **Compensation/Benefits Information:** (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,084 to $81,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
