Position: Operations Assistant - Working Student
Duration: 12 months with the possibility to prolong 
Location: Poland, Wroclaw
Education Recommendations: Active student status for at least one year

A global R&D Laboratories organization is seeking a Working Student to join the Laboratory team (Operational sub-squad) in Wroclaw. As the content owner, operator, and designer, the team ensures the operation of industry-leading R&D laboratories. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the local Laboratory team and coordinate with Laboratory teams across 16 sites worldwide.

You have:

Active status studentGood English communication skills, both verbal and writtenOpen to hybrid work from Wroclaw officePractical knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent interpersonal skillsSelf-management and good organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProfessionalism, responsibility and commitment to workProblem-solving skillsExperience working in a similar position will be an additional asset

Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and eventsSupport onboarding for new employeesCoordinate hardware ordering, allocation, and exchangeOrder office suppliesPrepare letters, reports, and other documents based on provided information and requirementsEnsure information and documents flow within the companyProvide administrative support and information to the teamsCoordinate and maintain the SharePoint community and other communication forumsOther ad hoc tasks depending on the current company's needs
