The Operations Assistant will provide office support to all staff and perform a variety of administrative and Broker Management System functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare deposit and process through FTNI system.Receptionist duties including screening and routing calls and voicemail messages and maintaining voice-mail system.Greet visitors and vendors. Ensure reception area is maintained.Route all incoming faxes in a timely manner.Process all incoming mail, including overnight mail. Stamp and scan and attach in EPIC.Process all outgoing mail, including overnight mail.Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine level, placing orders, and verifying receipt.Conference room maintenance and meeting coordination.Monitor and maintain office equipment, including copiers, label printer, scanner, and postage machine.Kitchen maintenance.Assist Account Managers/Producers with preparation of client documents – copying, sorting, packaging, mailing.Perform EPIC control functions, including applying credits to debits, review of unapplied payments and HFC activities, and policy invoicing.Other EPIC and BenefitPoint data entry as assigned.Other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor.The essential duties contained in this job description reflect general details as necessary to describe the principal functions of this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required and the scope of responsibility.
