Operations Assistant

Are you organised, Excel-savvy, and passionate about customer service and team collaboration? We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join our ever-growing Audiology team. So, if you would like to learn more about the world of Operations, then this might be the role for you!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, from answering queries from store Partners, to working on projects that drive operational effectiveness, and enhancing the performance of our stores through continuous improvement, every day is different.

You'll maintain our in-house systems and monitor the shared inbox to keep operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve providing training and assistance to our store Partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You'll also create reports to evaluate the Audiology operational activity, offering insights that will drive the Audiology business forward.

Your ability to work face to face and cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships will be essential. You'll leverage your excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively to achieve the team’s overall goals. If you have experience in these areas and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
