Operations and Sustainment Lead
KIHOMAC
+ Manage a team of engineers and administrators in supporting a customer's IT requirements across multiple mediums and dispersed across three different sites
+ Ensure continuous customer support through monitoring and allocating resources towards break/fix issues, new installations, external customer support at off-site locations, and coordination with matrixed discrete project teams
+ Monitor and communicate all potential impacts to customer's mission from a communications and IT perspective
+ Help assess risk and implement mitigation strategies for the customer to ensure continued communication and operational readiness
+ Work with asset management to ensure technology refresh, and procurement, schedule stay on plan
+ Anticipate the needs of the customer on future licensing, access, and account administration requirements and proactively allocate resources accordingly
+ Provide engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems required to meet technical requirements
+ Make recommendations and advises on system development, improvements, optimization, and support efforts
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education/Training:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
Experience:
+ 8+ years of general work experience
+ 5+ years of directly related IT experience
+ 1+ year of experience in a management or leadership role
Security:
+ Must be a US citizen
+ Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
+ Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
+ Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
+ Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
+ Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $110,000 - 129,000
Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
