**Job Description:**
Focuses on the day-to-day resolution of problems and the execution of complex, sensitive transactions. Works effectively with a minimum amount of supervision. Is considered an expert in the assigned area and acts as a resource for other associates. Can accurately handle detailed instructions under pressure and a higher volume of more complicated credits. Fully experienced, generally at least 7 to 10 years. Demonstrates an in depth understanding of governing policies, procedures, and regulations in addition to an excellent working knowledge of the various credit related products and documentation. Takes initiative to work through issues and makes recommendations for improvements. Can perform well in a cross functional team environment and actively demonstrates excellent leadership skills.
**LOB:** **Global Credit Operations:** Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing, and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products.
**Responsibilities:** This role provides a high level of administrative & production support to the Specialty Lending Operations executive and production team. The Specialty Lending Operations team provides fulfillment, service and operations support for the Asset Based Lending and Dealer Financial Services Enterprise Credit businesses as well as Construction Loan Servicing support for Commercial Real Estate Bank and other lines of business.
+ Security Point of Contact (SPOC) for system access for the overall Specialty Lending team. This includes onboarding and offboarding teammates with technology and access as well as assistance with system access issues. Also includes ownership of various sites and tools to request and grant approvals
+ Production team support which includes: updating key team documents, org charts and overviews, recognition and celebration budget tracking, coordinating events, assisting with facilities management, team and visitor access.
+ Executive support which includes: travel logistics & meeting planning, expense reporting, team recognitions, and acting as proxy for key processes (ARM requests, Access Reviews, Concur, Ariba, etc.)
+ Works with Specialty Lending team to provide support on special projects
+ May assist other members of the leadership team when needed
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 1 year of administrative support
+ Proficient in organizational skills
+ Proficient in written and oral communication
+ Ability to multi-task in an urgent and deadline-driven environment
+ Ability to work independently, manage time wisely; handle confidential and sensitive material with highest degree of integrity
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc)
+ Create PowerPoint slides and presentations that are clear and engaging for senior level leaders
**Desired Skills:**
+ Knowledge of Bank of America systems including ARM, Concur, Ariba/eRequest, myfacilities, visitor access system, etc.
