**Meet the Team**
Our Compute Offer Enablement Team is a dynamic and collaborative group delivering operational efficiency across the Offer lifecycle for our Compute business unit. The broad Compute portfolio includes servers, hyperconverged infrastructure, and SaaS-based cloud operations management products, all designed to simplify IT and accelerate innovation at scale.
This high-impact role requires a strong balance of critical thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership within a dynamic, innovative environment. We work with multiple teams to develop and execute the Quote to Cash process for Compute Offers, driving growth in key strategic areas like AI, Edge, and Datacenter Modernization. **Your Impact**
As an Operations Analyst, you play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our Quote to Cash process. This job requires a top-tier operations professional with a passion and curiosity for optimizing processes. Strong analytical skills to interpret unstructured loosely worded offer definitions and translate them into executable offer configuration rules by working with cross functional stakeholders and driving operational execution for timely offer launch and offer lifecycle management are key to success in this role.
Our ideal candidate is proficient in product lifecycle automation tools, CPQ systems, and data analytics platforms with the ability to handle cross-functional projects, and drive operational excellence. We seek a strong relationships builder with the interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization and ability to complete deliverables within timelines with a strong sense of ownership and quality.
Typical responsibilities include:
+ Work closely with the Product Managers, Supply Chain Operations, Services and other support functions like IT to coordinate Product Lifecycle Operations from configuration definition through End of Sale
+ Coordinate and drive the implementation of product configuration and business rules on commerce and ordering tools ensuring adherence to product team timelines.
+ Maintaining product configuration rules by completing sustaining changes to orderable products when and where vital.
+ Managing a single source of truth for the BU products configuration rules.
+ Developing, evaluating and recommending key Product Management Operations areas for process improvement
+ Using AI automation where and when possible, to drive operational efficiency across business processes
+ Resolve product configuration related issues in Customer Orders, Customer Quoting process and deals.
+ Proactively review and share with internal team practical recommendations for excellent User experience on commerce tools while creating estimates, quotes and orders for a wide variety of offers including promotions and cross portfolio offers
**Minimum Qualifications for this role:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
+ 3+ years working experience to include CPQ tools and systems for enterprise customers and experience with product lifecycle operations
+ Prior creation and maintenance of Product Configuration Sheets in Excel and working in CPQ systems for enterprise
+ Understanding of AI tools, LLMs and ability to leverage them for process improvements
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Proven success using AI for Excel data analysis
+ Specific experience using AI workflow automation for Product Lifecycle Management
+ Program management with attention to detail addressing all issues that could potentially impact product launch timeline
+ Prior experience creating timely data-centric presentations for executive leadership
+ Unconventional thinking with a problem solving focus that looks ahead to increase success in all areas of product lifecycle operations and create scalable and efficient processes for our teams
+ Ability to collaborate with cross functional internal customers, serving as both exceptional implementor and excellent facilitator driving timely offer launches from Ops side

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Non-Exempt new hires accrue up to 16 days of vacation time off each year, at a rate of 4.92 hours per pay period. Exempt new hires participate in Cisco’s flexible Vacation Time Off policy, which does not place a defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use, but is subject to availability and some business limitations. All new hires are eligible for Sick Time Off subject to Cisco’s Sick Time Off Policy and will have eighty (80) hours of sick time off provided on their hire date and on January 1st of each year thereafter. Up to 80 hours of unused sick time will be carried forward from one calendar year to the next such that the maximum number of sick time hours an employee may have available is 160 hours. Employees in Illinois have a unique time off program designed specifically with local requirements in mind. All employees also have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
