Operations Analyst I

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the business unit through facilitating Legal, Contractual, Reporting, Operational functions and supporting Functional Groups. Responsible for data aggregation, analysis, and presentation to support ongoing operations and management initiatives. Responsible for supporting and executing BV/BVPI project/program implementation initiatives.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Legal - Facilitates legal review of all NDA, client agreements, SubC/IC/Supplier/Vendor agreements, and any document legal in nature by BVNA legal department.* Legal - Reviews markups including internal comments, sterilize for external consumption, and work with Functional Groups to negotiate the document with the external source.* Contract Management – Ensures compliance with CPAi repository requirements.* Contract Management - Maintains BVPI Contracts SharePoint site document control which houses all agreements and NDAs as well as self-service legal and insurance documents (COIs, W9, updated BVPI contract templates, etc).* Contract Management - Maintains the BVPIcontracts@bureauveritas.com inbox and manages takeaways.* Contract Management - Maintains project details at the Deltek Project level. By ensuring a certain level of accuracy of Deltek plans that are submitted for conversion.* Contract Management – Maintains Deltek Projects post-conversion efforts with PM staff to ensure total contract value is correct against POs received and any pending CO requests and aligns with hours and expected billing at the Plan level.* Audits - Contract Repositories to ensure compliance with data retention policies.* Audits – Supports assembly, review, and verification as assigned. Reporting - Maintains the Solutions Sales Backlog Sheet. Correlative Project Numbers Reporting – Generates Weekly/Monthly Reporting as Assigned Reporting – Reviews and verifies reports to monitor KPI’s for the company. SubC/IC/Supplier/Vendor Onboarding - Facilitates Subconsultant (SubC), Independent Contractor (IC), and Supplier/Vendor Onboarding* Operational – Participates in monthly Operational Review Meetings (ORM / WIP) and manages takeaways.* Operational – Participates in monthly Revenue Generation (RevGen) Meetings and manages takeaways.* Operational – Participates in weekly Operations Team Meetings and manages takeaways.* Operational – Assists with project auditing/investigation for project performance issues. Operational – Supports BV mandated initiatives as required. Identifies opportunities for professional development for self and pursues ongoing professional development training. Maintains positive outward projection of the company during formal and informal events. Supports coordination, continuity and interfaces between Internal and External companies. Plans and manage multiple concurrent activities to accomplish desired project results. Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

This is a non-supervisory role, however there may be times when an internal project may require an oversight of project resources in a non-direct report relationship. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Education, Certifications, and Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
