**Hedge Funds Migration specialist (Zurich, Switzerland)** **Full time office role (100% in the office)** **Zürich, Switzerland location** **12 months fixed term contract** **Responsibilities:** + Manage complex transfer & investigation cases, 4-eye-control, validation and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents. + Coordination of necessary documents and eligibility checks with client advisors, legal and other parties. Initiation and oversight of transfers and reconciliation. + Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to process transfers. + Preparation of fund specific documentation for transfers in co-operation with legal departments + Review of fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet the fund requirements. + Daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as SPOC + Administration of securities settlement static data (SSI) + Systematic chasing of outstanding information and overdue transactions + Investigating securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks + Resolution of complex client queries through internal/external escalations Experience required: + 1-3 years relevant experience with Hedge fund migrations is a must + Fluent English language (written and spoken) + Experience in investment banking and wealth management Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
