YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Operations Analyst to join our Courier Operations team in Poland, with a strong focus on Courier Acquisition.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and efficiency in how we attract, convert, and onboard new couriers across the Polish market. You’ll be working at the intersection of strategy, data analysis, and process execution — making sure Glovo has a strong and scalable courier base to meet increasing delivery demand.
THE JOURNEY
Courier Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute acquisition plans tailored to different cities and regions across Poland. Data & Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze the courier acquisition funnel — from applications to onboarding and activation — identifying bottlenecks and improving conversion rates. Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, campaign performance, and operational efficiency. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and reduce time-to-first-order for couriers. Market Adaptation: Leverage local insights to adapt messaging, channels, and incentives to resonate with the Polish courier market. Campaign Execution: Plan and launch acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels, in coordination with the Marketing and Global Ops teams.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or a high-growth startup environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus. Native-level Polish and professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Poland’s gig economy and logistics landscape is a strong plus.Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
