Join us! **Job Description** This position supports the reconciliation of the Canada Nostro accounts, aging of transactions within accounts, certification of account balances, preparation of SWIFT messages and other PNL, funding reports. Prepares daily/monthly reports including adhoc requests. The team covers operating hours from 6am to 5pm EST, shifts are subject to change as business needs arise to ensure sufficient coverage for functions. Flexibility to work statutory holidays and some weekends required. The Operations Analyst will report to the Group Operations Manager. **Responsibilities** + Prepare the daily P&L and Due From Limit reports + Prepare and investigate the daily GFX variances and balancing reports + Handle the daily bank account reconciliation + Ensure assigned online support cases are completed + Investigate and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner, adhering to policies and procedures + Prepare or Certify accounts on Frontier monthly + Prepare monthly Revenue Payback and FATCA remittanceEnsure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and external customers + Prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met + Identify and implement process improvementsProvide support to other departments and traders on reconciliation-related inquiries + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Commitment to teamwork + Accounting background required and knowledge of General Ledger transactions. + Solid computer skills including Excel and strong analytical skills + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; team player + Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environment Experience in bank account reconciliation + Demonstrated working knowledge of processes and procedures Excellent organizational skills + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Working knowledge of the AS400 system an asset + Availability to work shifts and statutory holidays, as required **Other Qualifications** + Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions + Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward + Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner + Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change + Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and way of working to better serve an evolving client base **What Bank of America Offers** Bank of America embodies a culture that extends from how we think, to how we behave, and to how we measure performance.
