Join us! **Job Description** We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Canada Banknotes Team. The successful candidate will be expected to perform varied tasks and functions to the highest standards in order to support the day to day operational business objectives, serve our corporate clients and manage risk appropriately. **Responsibilities** + Monitor and validate AS400 Banknote invoices following standard procedures + Review the daily control reports + Verify daily manual entries + Investigate and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner, adhering to policies and procedures + Ensure assigned online support cases are completed + Prepare monthly stats reports. + Liaise with banknote advisory desk and operations + Ensure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and external customers + Prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met + Identify and implement process improvements + Other related functions supporting outsourced vault activity in Toronto. + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Working knowledge of the AS400 system an asset + Solid computer skills including Excel and strong analytical skills + Ability to work independently and achieve daily deliverables + Experience in banking back office operations functions + Demonstrated working knowledge of processes and procedures + Excellent organizational skills + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Availability to work shifts and statutory holidays if required + Commitment to teamwork **Additional Qualifications** + Excellent presentation, problem solving skills as a leader.
