About This Role:
College Press – Zimbabwe is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team, based in Harare. You will play a role managing warehouse reporting, coordinate logistics, maintain records, and support operations using ERP systems, while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Role Responsibilities
Produce stock counts reports and respective variance report.
Attend to consignments and produce an analysis report of courier costs
Reconcile returns with Goods Returned Vouchers raised and produce the necessary Credit Notes Report and returns analysis report.
Produce analysis reports for Warehouse activities and respective data..
Liaising with the courier companies to ensure submission of all required paperwork.
Promote the use of technology and innovation using information and dashboards to demonstrate warehouse trends that assist other departments’ functions.
Manage queries and complaints and produce necessary reports using data, information and ERP.
Tallying/Matching of any manual/pro forma invoices with the tax invoices
Monitor ERP transactions and Warehouse activities using reports and produce the necessary trends analysis
Use of reports, ERP and analytical skills to co-ordinate stock count activities.
Experience , Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance or a related field (advantageous)
Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
Experience with ERP Systems
Strong communication & organisational skills
Warehouse operations and Finance knowledge (advantageous)
