Job Title: Operations Accounting Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to assist in cleaning and centralizing historical data for a new system integration. This long-term project will significantly impact our team's efficiency and performance in the years to come. Responsibilities + Clean and organize historical data for system integration. + Utilize advanced Excel skills, including charts, pivot tables, and vlookups, to manage data efficiently. + Learn and retain knowledge of the Equity system, Optiontrax, and become a self-starter and true project owner. Essential Skills + Strong proficiency in Excel, including charts, pivot tables, and vlookups. + Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and data entry skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics. + At least 1+ years of hands-on accounting or finance experience is preferred.
