Along with your strong technical knowledge, relationship management is important. The role involves liaising with Business Intelligence Analysts, IT, Client Accounts, Management and Client Directors to ensure that new clients' needs are met prior to going live. Your role demands strong operational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact. **The skills you will have when you apply:** + **Excellent IT skills;** with a strong understanding of Excel and other relevant software. + **Excellent communication skills:** You'll speak with IT, Client Directors, Management and more.
