Description We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois, on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting data processing, accounting functions, and client reporting within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Process and analyze financial data using accounting software systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Maintain client records and generate detailed reports to support business operations. • Collaborate with teams to reconcile trades and resolve discrepancies efficiently. • Utilize CRM and ERP tools to manage workflows and improve operational efficiency. • Conduct audits to ensure the integrity of financial transactions and reporting. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance processes. • Create and update client reports using advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities. • Support ongoing operational tasks and identify opportunities for improvement. • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all processes. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP platforms. • Strong knowledge of CRM tools for managing workflows. • Experience in data processing and financial transaction reconciliation. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and auditing practices. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis. • Ability to generate and interpret client reports accurately. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
