Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an Operations Analyst. Responsibilities: * The Operations Analyst will set up and process claims in accordance with company procedures * Draft and manage claims payments accurately and efficiently * Generate and distribute loss run reports to internal and external stakeholders * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely turnaround of deliverables * The Operations Analyst will communicate with offshore support teams to coordinate and follow up on tasks and processes * Maintain a high level of accuracy while working with large volumes of data
