We are looking for a dynamic Operations Analyst for our Smart Infrastructure business. The position will be based in Austin TX, Dallas TX, Denver CO, Houston TX, Las Vegas NV, Phoenix AZ, Salt Lake City UT, or San Antonio TX. This is a Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week onsite. Will consider remote work options for a qualified internal Siemens candidate.
You will make an impact by:
Delivers in-depth financial analysis and reporting across Service and Solution Operations, including weekly operations reporting, Slip/Pipe metrics, and timesheet/utilization tracking Leads absorption reporting efforts for the zone, including cost analysis, labor rate forecasting, and issue resolution to support financial performance Drives continuous improvement in reporting capabilities with a focus on automation, including Power BI development and process enhancements that add value to internal stakeholders Performs key controlling functions for projects and service orders, including cost-to-complete reviews, margin analysis, and slip tracking Investigates and resolves Purchase Order and GR/IR discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reconciliation Collaborates with Operations to reconcile PCA/claims and Statements of Value (SOVs), ensuring alignment and accuracy Manages the zone’s service reporting portfolio, including oversight of billing blocks, service agreements, and billing due reports Processes journal entries and job cost transfers in accordance with company policies and timelines Supports ad-hoc financial and operational analysis requests from management and headquarters Coordinates readiness activities for RIC testing and provides support during external audits Acts as the subject matter expert for the Rate Workbook tool and process, offering guidance and best practices to peers and stakeholdersYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related finance field. 2+ years of Finance experience required. Applicants must possess authorization to work in the United States without the need for present or future visa sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Knime, Power BI, Alteryx, MS Power Query) and basic understanding of RPA concepts are a plus. Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or cross- functional problems. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Experience with integrated financial systems and Microsoft Office programs. Ability to prioritize daily tasks and multi-task. Ability to work within a team and cross-functional teams as needed.You’ll benefit from:

The pay range for this position is $ $60,340 - $103,440. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. About Siemens:
