JOB DUTIES: • Create, maintain and execute the preventative maintenance schedule, ensuring that necessary repairs are noted and completed, including off season facility improvements, and outside services and contractors. • Monitor the purchase and maintenance of an inventory of all supplies, equipment and services • Ensure safe work practices are utilized by all staff members and ensure proper safety documentation is recorded and maintained regularly. • Direct, administer and monitor all work assignments, equipment, inventory supplies. • Direct work assignments of contractors hired for facility projects and monitor the completion of all assignments as per the contract documents. • Facility Management – Cleaning services and maintenance contractor • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to facility operations, maintenance costs, and equipment performance • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: · Minimum a diploma in facility management or equivalent. · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse environment. · Ability to always work as a team member. · Proven track records of ‘can-do’ attitude with a result-oriented mindset. · Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as spreadsheets, databases, and statistical software **Posting Dates:** April 25, 2025 - May 23, 2025 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
